ZDeskIQ helps collection operators manage consumer accounts end to end: account intake, payment processing (card and ACH), settlements, dispute handling, and full audit trails. Each customer (tenant) is isolated by subdomain with its own data, users, and configuration.

ZDeskIQ uses telephony infrastructure (Call Control, Media Streaming, WebRTC, and DID provisioning) to support two flows for our licensed customer base:
When a consumer returns a collector's call or responds to a validation notice, the inbound number routes the call through our AI qualification layer and connects them to the assigned collector or queue. Numbers are provisioned per tenant for caller-ID consistency.
Licensed collectors place outbound calls to consumers regarding active accounts. All calls run through compliance gating (time-of-day windows, DNC checks, consent verification) before they connect, and are recorded for audit and dispute defense.
We do not support unsolicited marketing, robocalling, lead generation cold calls, or A2P messaging campaigns to non-consenting consumers. Telephony is reserved for first-party communication with consumers whose accounts are actively being serviced.
Compliance is enforced in the platform itself, not left to the operator's discretion.
